Emami Cement to set up clinker unit in Balipur

Emami Cement Ltd is planning to set up a clinker grinding unit in Balipur & Kumarpur in Athagarh Tehsil in Cuttack district of Orissa. The project involves setting up of clinker grinding unit with a capacity of 1.5 mtpa and a captive power plant of 10 MW. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 4010 million. Clinker required for the proposed Grinding Unit will be procured from the own Cement plant in Chhattisgarh
