BPCL plans common user facility in Dhenkanal

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) is planning to set up a common user facility (CUF) for storage of petroleum products at Meramunduli in Dhenkanal district of Odisha. The project cost estimated at ₹ 270 crore involves setting up of 54,742 kilo ltr (22 no tanks) for CUF. The project is a common arrangement of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) and the Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL). CUF will cater to receipt and storage of petroleum products like petrol, diesel, kerosene, fuel oil and light diesel. It may be noted that, High performance petrol and diesel will also be blended at CUF with imported additives.
